Fast Food "LUX" in a new light
The original sign on the FAST FOOD "LUX" building was visibly worn out - low visual appeal, physical damage, and a lack of lighting made it less noticeable, especially in the evening. The client wanted a more modern, illuminated, and visually clear sign while keeping the recognizable name and simple appearance.

We kept the core visual identity ("FAST FOOD 'LUX'") but completely refreshed and improved its execution:
Material: The new sign was made from white and red plexiglass, which allows for even light diffusion, making it visible and legible both during the day and at night.
Support structure: A lightweight insulation panel, similar to styrofoam, was used as the base layer inside the illuminated box, serving as the structural support.
Lighting: Built-in LED lighting provides uniform backlighting with minimal energy consumption. The white part of the sign glows neutrally, while the red "LUX" lettering creates a strong visual contrast in the dark—especially effective in the evening.
Installation: The sign was mounted using a custom-built metal frame on the roof of the building, with additional reinforcement and connection to the building’s electrical system.

The new illuminated sign brought several benefits to the establishment: increased visibility in all weather conditions, a more professional appearance, and a durable, low-maintenance lighting system.
With the addition of the illuminated sign, FAST FOOD "LUX" gained a recognizable visual landmark.
